Untacit
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Information we collect
When you create an account, we store your email, display name, role, experience, language preference, and—where applicable—the account identifier and image provided by Google sign-in.
As you learn, we store progress, exercise answers, feedback, and a minimal set of product events used to understand Early Access usage. Raw IP addresses are not stored in product analytics events.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, sync progress, provide learning recommendations, send essential account emails, improve the curriculum, and protect the service from abuse.
Untacit does not sell personal information or use learning data for third-party advertising profiles.
Service providers and data location
We use Vercel to host the application, Supabase to host the database, Resend for transactional email, and Google for optional sign-in. They process data only as needed to provide those services, and their infrastructure may be outside Australia.
Retention, security, and deletion
We retain information needed to provide the learning experience while your account remains active. Controls include password hashing, single-use tokens, access checks, and encrypted connections, although no internet service can promise absolute security.
You can download your data or permanently delete your account from Account settings. Limited records may be retained where required for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Your choices and contact
You can correct your learning profile, export your data, or delete your account. For access, correction, or privacy concerns, contact hello@untacit.ai. We may update this policy and will identify material changes on the site.
