Terms of Service

Untacit provides System Design learning content, interactive exercises, cases, and progress tracking. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials.

You must not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape protected content, introduce malicious material, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

The product is currently offered as free Early Access. Features, content, and access may change in response to feedback. We aim to preserve learning progress but do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent availability of every feature.

Before introducing payment, we will publish separate pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. These terms do not authorize any future charge.

Untacit's curriculum structure, writing, diagrams, and interactive content are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for learning. You may not bulk-copy, resell, or publicly distribute course content without permission.

Your exercise answers and feedback remain yours. You permit us to process them only to operate, support, and improve the service.

The content is for education and professional practice. It is not engineering, legal, financial, or security advice for a particular production system. Architecture choices must be evaluated against real requirements by appropriately qualified people.

To the extent permitted by law, Untacit is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, or production decisions made in reliance on course content. Rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

You may delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious breaches, harm to other users, or threats to service security.
